The concept of our bakery is to allow patrons to have an intimate bread experience. Our unique bread production area is in full view for our patrons to enjoy and appreciate the artistry that owner and baker, Dale Karsky, brings to the bakery.

One of our primary goals is to utilize as many organic and locally produced ingredients as possible. We proudly use various flours, cheeses, and herbs and spices from many local and regional farmers and producers.
